Colts put DE Freeney on injured reserve (AP)

Colts star defensive end Dwight Freeney will miss the rest of the season after being place on injured reserve Wednesday with a foot injury. Freeney, the three-time Pro Bowler, is the highest-paid defensive player in the NFL. He injured his left foot in Sunday's loss to San Diego and was diagnosed with a Lis Franc injury that may require surgery.
