No thread for this? Wow...

First episode was on last night and I enjoyed it. Joel McHale, whom I wasn't sure could act all that well, was funny. The supporting cast was great and I'm curious to see where they go with this show.

When I was in Vegas for my Birthday, we did one of those surveys that gauge customer opinion. I wasn't in the correct age group, but I participated anyway. This show was one of the two that was shown.

I don't think this show makes it 2 years.

I thought it was funny. How long can this concept last though?

I'll give it a few more episodes to see how it plays out, I thought it was OK

Wife and I just watched this. We thought it was pretty funny and had some good writing.

But I also wonder how long this can last.

I watched it, too. Not overly impressed but I will give it a few more viewings.

I really enjoyed the first episode, but not so much the second one. The scenes in the Spanish class were amusing but the rest was pretty boring.

I only saw the second episode. Thought it was pretty ho-hum. Not bad, but not really great, either.

Got bored, rewatched the Pilot on Hulu.

I had a good chuckle at a line or two. If they get time to find a stride it could be sneaky-entertaining. A stealth comedy or an amusing wake.

Considering how un-funny The Office was this past week, Community was a breath of fresh funny air.

Each episode seems to be getting better. They are doing a great job of building off of each other.

The writing is so clever and understated I think a lot of the comedy beats go by too fast. Chevy Chase is a brilliant stroke for that role. Needs more John Oliver.

It is nice that NBC is allowing the show to grow and havent pulled the plug.

I think it is a pretty good show.

Show was good tonight, but I have to say that Parks and Recreation overshadowed it with possibly its best ever episode.

I thought last night's episode wasn't that funny. It was ok, but not as good as usual. Parks and Rec, though, hit the ball out of the park last night. That was the best comedy of the night last night.

I watched the pilot ep, but haven't watched since. I might try to get into this show (and Parks and Rec). The Abed guy went to Marquette :)

i now love this show and not just because it reinvented/resuscitated chevy chase's career. the character's are funny. but the writing is the best part (imo). and it's not so much the overt funniness, as much as the little items that you catch throughout.

"Hey girl in the skirt..... Date Me!" lol

This show is growing on me every week. The M*A*S*H theme was great.

Wow, I can't believe no one talks about this show!

After tonight's episode, I think it's firmly placed itself as the best sitcom on TV right now.

it's funny, but I often think this show is great so much in the conception of each episode, but not the execution of the concept being explored. once in a while, it hits both perfect and is hilarious, but sometimes I find it more clever than funny. tonight was one of those episodes... save the Senior Chang ending which was flat out hilarious.

I dunno man, Abed flying off the wall, the campus all torn up...the knocks on Glee, all of it...I was rolling from laughing so hard, I thought it was clever AND funny.

fair enough. like is said, i enjoyed it and thought it was clever in it's send up of the genre but the only thing that really made me laugh out loud was the show-down at the end.

the Goodfellas episode was a good combo of the two and the episode where Troy's G-ma was spanking Britta was off the wall hilarious.
