Alberto Contador is free to defend his Tour de France title, after the Court of Arbitration for Sport decided Tuesday to hear his doping case after the race ends. The court said it would hear the case from Aug. 1-3, more than a week after the Tour finishes in Paris on July 24. The International Cycling Union and World Anti-Doping Agency are challenging the Spanish cycling federation's decision...
