Contract breakdowns of new Las Vegas Raiders free agent signings

The Raiders had the second most cap space in the NFL coming into this offseason. How did they go about spending it? Well, outside of the big extension they gave Maxx Crosby to make him (for a fleeting moment) the highest paid non-QB in NFL history, they were pretty frugal.
