Does anyone know how to uncheck the install files for east asian languages under control panel date time language and regional options?

Does that also affect my internet? When I start Yahoo it is Yahoo United States. When I search for something on Yahoo it changes to Yahoo Indonesia.

Don't the language packs show up in the Add/Remove Programs listing in the control panel?
