I has been bad, especially in the first round. Both Bucannon and Reddick were the same trap that Keim fell for. Guys who were positionless transitioning into the NFL, and were late risers due to off the field athletic testing. You can take those guys, but the first round is generally not the place to do it. Reddick hurts more, but it is still early. I have my doubts, but his athleticism translates better at ILB than it does at OLB where he gets overwhelmed.
Humphries was an ok risk...premium position, position of need, and the issue was a bit of maturity and injury history. Something to consider is that Humphries is still only 23 which means he still has a long career ahead of him. This may still be a good draft pick.
Nkemdiche is the really bad selection IMO. We didn't have a second round pick because of the Jones trade, and the move is to trade down if you don't like any of the players there. Also, it wasn't like there weren't other DL or even other players that fit in that area who we could have taken.
Reddick also will probably lead to some long term issues. Jarad Davis looks to already be a better ILB. Garrett Bolles looks likes a good OT which we could have used long term. Malik Hooker is injured but showed to be the CF at FS that the Cardinals state they have been looking for. TJ Watt, Derek Barnett, and Tak McKinnley all look like they would have been good EDGE additions which would have made the Golden negotiation less stressful. The other spot that requires mentioning is CB and Tredevious White who has looked really good in Buffalo. We can all agree that having an additional young OT, OLB, or CB would make us all feel better about our future.
