Corey Myers?

It's that time of the year where I wonder where the heck he is and if he's out of baseball yet.

He isn't in Tucson so is he still with the organization?

He was out of options after 2005 and obviously did not returned to the organization. There was a C Corey Myers released by the Angels coming out of spring training so I'm guessing that was him and he is now out of baseball.

I went to high school with the guy and hung out with a few of his teammates. They all were shocked that he was drafted so high because his defense was subpar even at the high school level.

Plus he wasn't even that hard of a worker. He relied on his natural ability and didn't put that much time into the weight room.
