I don't know much about Joey's challenges but I could see a guy like Warner helping him finally develope into a decent QB. DG also has a history of resurecting the careers of QBs. He seems like the right kind of project as a backup to Kurt.
Harrington's comments below suggest he is ready for a situation like this.
