I saw this on kffl and Lassiter popped into my head as a possible candidate.

The Trenton Times reports the Philadelphia Eagles are looking to add a veteran backup at safety.

I hope that Kwamie does well. I think that he has more in the tank than people think. He had nine interceptions two years ago.

Whoever signs him will not be disappointed.

The Packers are looking to add a safety too to play along side Pro Bowler Darren Sharper. They've been vulnerable there since Leroy Butler retired, and I keep wondering if they'll bring in Lassiter, but I haven't heard his name mentioned yet. I also heard a few rumors of Pittsburgh having a possible interest in Lassiter, but that might have changed after they drafted a safety. It's starting to look like Lassiter put all of his eggs in the Seattle basket and it fell through. I don't hear much from other teams having an interest in him.
