No thread on this show?

Just watched the first episode. A cross between Fringe and a Cold War Spy story. JK Simmons is excellent.

Recommend.

It’s a bit of a slow burn but interesting premise and Simmons is nails in a duel role that makes me think in an alternate universe he could have been a solid Walter White.

I dont have starz but they made the pilot episode available for free on demand...

good show,... and I agree, that slightly harder version of Simmons character could have been a Walter White... great role for him IMO because he seems to be kinda pigeon holed into the "slightly goofy nice guy" kinda role.

The show is solid...wish I had starz..likely have to catch it next year on netflix or something

If you feel this, you should definitely watch him in Whiplash.
I remember seeing previews for that a couple years back and thinking it would be worth seeing... just looked it up..looks very good. I will check it out. Thank you!

I have this on my watch list, after Black Mirror.

Two episodes in and I’m hooked. I don’t know if it’s the actual show or the intrigue with the conceptand where it is going. Weirdly it really sunk its hooks into me when his other explained the history with his two hands. For some reason that example blew my mind.
