A federal appeals court has ruled that investigators were wrong to seize a list of 104 Major League Baseball players who tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs during the 2003 season. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday that federal authorities had the right to take only the results of the 10 players listed on their search warrant.
