"I think we all know that chemistry is the problem with this team more than the schemes or anything else,'' a Cowboys source said. "Are we going to continue to allow talent to outweigh everything else in the decisions we make with players and putting the roster together? We're like the Redskins used to be when they signed every player they wanted. There's more to it than talent. It has to be more about the team.''
"The big one [Owens] didn't get discussed yet, but I'm sure it will and real hard.''

Dallas would be stupid to let him go.. TO is the reason Romo is able to complete as well as he does to Witten, and why the running game has shown flashes of being good.

They lose TO, they dont even come CLOSE to sniffing the playoffs.

No they wouldn't. TO is a team destroyer. He's part of the reason they missed the playoffs this year. Personally, I hope they keep him being an Eagles fan so I can see them implode next year.

TO draws double coverage most of the time, allowing Witten to get open down the field.

They lose him, and they dont have another receiver who would command as much attention as he does.

Yeah, yeah, and that's all well and good, but trust me, he brings far more negativity to the team than positivity. Trust me, I'm an Eagles fan. I saw him ruin my team all by himself. I know what he can do.

lol, typical ungrateful Eagles fan.
Without T.O you never even make it to the big dance.

Wasn't just over a month ago everyone in Philly was calling for Reid and Mcnabbs head on a platter?

LOL! Typical ignorant... never mind. Are you kidding me? T.O. was injured for the entire playoffs that year, genius. The Eagles made it to the prior 3 NFC Championship Games without him. And yes, he did ruin the team the following year.

You are wrong on all accounts.

So your gonna tell me T.O had nothing to do with the Eagles success during their SB year?

Ok I'll give you the team destroyer thing, because he is.

We should trade you Boldin but you don't have much to give us back.

I would not have TO on my team. He certainly is a team destroyer. I love the chemistry of the Big Red.

SoCal, he's actually right. I hate to defend an enemy fan, but yeah he's dead on.

I'm not gonna defend his ability to destroy a locker room.
But the guy had 14 FOURTEEN fricking TD's your SB year.
And he didn't help them get there??

Did I say that? No. What I said is that he is clearly not the "sole reason" for them being in the SB that year, as you previously (and wrongly) stated. Sure, he had a role in it, but he was not the sole reason. Not even close. And as I said, they made it to the prior 3 NFCCG without him. Point in case.

TO hasn't even been that bad in Dallas, so I'm confused at this point.

No offense. What ruined that team is that McNabb never nutted up and put Owens in his place.

Owens didn't pull this crap on Steve Young, cause Steve Young would rip his head off.

Tony Romo is even worse. I can only imagine how the team runs Romo around.

Sorry, leadership by example does not cut it at the QB position.

They were talking about it on Inside The NFL last night. They said there is alot of pressure from front office personnel for Jerry Jones to release T.O. The front office sees it as addition by subtraction.

Apparently they feel Roy Williams can step into T.O. position.

So they can trade 2 MORE 1st round picks to try and find yet another receiver to compliment Roy Williams?

I'm so glad that organization is spinning its hamster wheel right now.

Yep I agree 100%. The Cowboys have 3 good RBs and a line built to run the ball. TO screaming about his catches is counter intuitive.
