Just when the Cowboys' wide receiver room was starting to look crowded, Dallas traded away Ryan Switzer to the Oakland Raiders, SportsDay's David Moore has learned. In exchange, the Cowboys are getting defensive tackle Jihad Ward. Ward, the Raiders' second-round pick in 2016, spent most of last season as a healthy scratch in games following foot surgery. As a rookie out of Illinois, he appeared in all 16 games, starting 13 of the Raiders' 2016 matchups. That year he recorded 30 tackles and a fumble recovery but no sacks.
