Coyotes Donate $50,000 To Special Olympics Arizona For 2009 World Games

Phoenix Coyotes Charities presented Special Olympics Arizona with $50,000 Saturday to sponsor a trip to the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games for the Flagstaff Mountaineers Unified Floor Hockey Team who will represent the United States in the floor hockey category this February.

i don't think it's brought up much, but I definitely think the coyotes are one of the classiest organizations in town - i know that when some local schools I've had involvement with were looking for assistance in fundraisers, raffles or community events the coyotes have always gone above and beyond to help

it's something they should get more recognition for
