What an exciting game! Our Yotes played a great defensive game that eventually led to a 0-0 standoff and a shootout after a scorless extra period!

The Coyotes prevailed with a 2-1 win in the shootout...

What a finish, this team is looking very solid. Unfortunately, they still don't have anyone who can put the puck in the net, which will make it an uphill battle all year.

Hopefully the Coyotes can keep up this high level of play, and pick someone up who can actually score.

good win against my sharks, who continue to be very poor in OT/shootouts

i was impressed that the coyotes didn't buckle when the sharks started to turn it on about midway through the 3rd and even came back and played more inspired and put the sharks on their heels and tried to grab both points over the lasat 90 seconds

an improvement over the buffalo game where they gave away a point on the road due to a 3rd period mini-meltdown

with that said the sharks aren't a defensive dynamo and the quality of chances weren't that great

i think the coyotes will get better chances once the lines get more comfortable with each other and the passing improves
