Mavericks owner Mark Cuban says officials missed two crucial calls during Dallas' 18-point meltdown during the fourth quarter of a Game 4 loss to Portland. Speaking to reporters prior to Game 5, Cuban said he was willing to be fined "just so that it's on the record" that he believes the mistakes were made.
