Basically the ***** is free to roam in the sack, sans the vans deferens which is the tube that juices you up. Basically the ***** turns in the sack, kinks the vans deferens and shuts off the blood supply.

That was an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Larry David twisted one. Doctor told him it was long balls, so I guess you can say Pie's injury is a pun.
