After the 2018 season ended in disappointing fashion - with the offense scuffling post-All-Star break - Cubs president Theo Epstein foreshadowed what could be in store for the team in 2019. "We have to be an offensive force," Epstein said. Friday, the Cubs made a move in the name of production: center fielder Albert Almora Jr. has been demoted to Triple-A, with Addison Russell recalled in his place.
