Cubs starters Wells, Cashner head to DL (AP)

Chicago Cubs starting pitchers Randy Wells and Andrew Cashner will be sidelined at least two weeks because of arm injuries. Cubs general manager Jim Hendry said Wednesday that the injuries are strains. Wells reported right forearm soreness Tuesday, the day after his first start of the regular season, a 4-1 win over Pittsburgh.
