Veteran cornerback Al Harris has signed with the Miami Dolphins, who released former first-round pick Jason Allen. Harris practiced with Miami on Wednesday, two days after being released by the Green Bay Packers. The 35-year-old Harris hasn't played since sustaining a left knee injury last November.
