I know there's a sentimental reason for the NYY-BOS sign, but Yankee fans probably did a double-take when they saw that.

I love Parra's bunt single, after Sabathia had regained control.

D'backs up 2-0 in Game 2 thanks to Goldy's 2-run home run.

I am certainly not an expert, but I saw when Miley was wild high on just about every pitch. That had to be the time to remove him.

It poses a good question. What is more important? Leaving the young pitcher in despite seeing that his best stuff for the night was behind him? Or making a change before it was too late and giving him a pat on the butt?

The Yankees are tough. CC is tough. But this was our game to win.

Go D'backs.

From what Gibson said the other day, we should get to see Gregorius get the start at SS tonight. Not his MLB debut, but exciting none the less.

I'm excited. Hopefully he has a good debut.

Well... he just homered in his first at-bat as a Dback!! Not too shabby!!! ;)
And not just a HR, but a line drive into the RF seats. He is a line drive hitter and got the most out of that one. And on the very first pitch. 'Good way to jump on the pitcher looking to start off with a strike.

The right field porch at Yankee Stadium has always been a left-handers dream... Not sure if that ball would've gone out at Chase, or any other park... However, he drilled it nonetheless and I really like his aggressive approach!!

Prado goes deep too but again, no one on. I'd feel a lot better if there were 5 or 6 base runners every time we hit one out. Can't say I feel all that secure with a 2 run lead in the 6th after last night's game.

As long as Gibby keeps Sipp on his arse, we'll be fine... ;)

That's a start but I wouldn't mind not pitching to Cano ever again either. With a 2 - 1 lead in the 7th I figure we're pretty safe.

You gotta love it when your late inning relief starts walking guys. This doesn't bode well for us (understatement alert).

Putz gave up a homer. Game tied 2-2 in the bottom of the 9th.

This giving up runs/lead in the late inning is getting OLD.

I really really hate the Yankees.

He caught one in LF as well later in the game.

He is a fan of Heath Bell, which is why he wore the D'backs outfit.

Personally, I am not a fan of the Heath Bell Experience thus far this season. Even when he gets them out, it is an adventure.

At least we scored 4 in the 12th to avoid a sweep. Now it's a late night trip to Denver.

3-0 in extra-inning games this season. They're playing hard-nosed baseball and its a long season with Hill, Kubel, Bloomquist, and Hudson nursing injuries. Looking forward to some fun baseball this season.

Didi with a HR on his first D-Backs pitch and a double.

Quite the debut.
