D-Dogg's Madden Cards Game 2: Seahawks @ Cardinals

It is on....signed Chukky and benched Al. Madden has Chukky listed as an 80 overall!

Hayes with the INT at about the AZ 20. I move up field with some good runs and passes to Q and Fitz. FB run up the gut gets me to the 1 yard line, but Chukky is holding. Four plays later (one of them with Fitz getting upended in the EZ by Trufant) and Rackers puts us up 3-0.

They promptly march downfield, Alexander in for the TD.

7-3, Seattle.

TD Edge right at the two minute warning, after a long FB run on 2nd and inches down to the 3 yard line or so.

Cards up 10-7, almost halftime. Need to hold them here because I get the ball back in the 3rd quarter.

They have to punt, giving me the ball back around the 30 with a minute left. I promptly put up an INT at midfield. Hold them off, they kick a FG and miss it, leaving me 3 seconds and a hail mary shot. Ball bounces in and out of Boldin's hands at the 3 yard line.

Play of the game, and might be the deciding factor here.

Everyone's favorite bust of a corner, now in the nickel role, sniffs out the screen pass to Alexander, wraps him up and gets the User Strip ball. Ball is lose, Rod Hood comes up, picks it up and scampers 65 yards for the TD.

Fairly uneventful...just a bit into the fourth quarter and cards get a 39 yard FG from Rackers. JJ needed 13 on a draw, got 11. Edge has been getting stuffed at the line, and can't run a pitch play to save his life. FB run has been good tonight. One of the tight ends caught a nice ball off play action.

Hayes just got his second pick of the game, as Moses smacked Hassleback as he released causing a floater.

Followed IMMEDIATELY by an INT from Matt right to a LB. Edge makes a TD saving tackle.

Get them in 4th and 4, but they convert.

AW then makes a sick twisting INT. I will run this clock down if it's the last thing I do!
