How bout Swinney as next HC he is young has a great offensive mind and lot of his players are solid NFL Players.

I would love to see him develop a QB in a pro version of his system and build a young roster to compete with the Eagles going forward.

Rams and Eagles coaching changes have done the trick for two of the best teams in the NFC.

Depends on if his goal is to coach in the NFL. He won't have to walk away from all the money as Cards will also pay him a multi-million dollar contract.
