Dan Bickley and Mike Jurecki...

Can't believe I'm about to do this......... but, gotta give these two some love.
I got off the plane this afternoon, get in my car and turned on 620, only to hear the sounds of a D-Backs game. Reluctantly, I switch over to 910 for the ride home, hoping to hear something new about the Cards...
Well, I no sooner switched over and I immediately hear the news about 9-0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $31 Million GUARANTEED!!!!! Holy Cow!!!!

Most importantly, and again, can't believe I'm doing this, but both Bickley and MJ captured the story perfectly... They talked with great knowledge about how the deal was done with DD. And it was almost exclusively centered on one person, Whiz! Talked about how Whiz met with DD all summer, one on one. How Whiz went to bat for DD with Graves and Mike Bidwill. And how DD now says that he knows what Whiz did for him! Just so AWESOME!!!

Of course, they also got into some discussion on our favorite topic - Matty. And there to, both guys captured the entire situation perfectly. From what led up to Whiz making this decision (they hung a lot of this on Fitz and a few other unnamed players), to what the options now are for Matty. None of which are good and his best option to ever step foot on the field is actually with the Cards. His agent has had discussions with the team and it all boils down to whether Matty can handle being back-up to DA. Period... If he can't, he will be gone (most likely released as no team is willing to give up anything for the guy with the type of contract he possesses).

Anyway, what a way to come back home!!!!

They do always suck... which is why I always prefer to listen to Gambo & Ash. But that wasn't an option today and I actuallly thought they did a very solid job covering the DD and Matty stories.

You guys are insane!! Bickley and MJ run a great show. All they do is talk about CArdinal football and if you are cardinal fan then you have to listen to them. They have good insight on the redbirds too. Yesterday MJ was reporting that DD would have a new contract this week. Gambo and Ash didnt have any of that info. Also Bickley and MJ have a funny ass show. They always crack some good jokes at Bower. Just cause they are not the flagship home of the cardinals doesnt mean they dont have a quality show.

Gambo always cries and *******. Often he sounds like a big whiner and just thinks he can say whatever cause he is from newyork. Ash always tries to use expressions to make a point but it makes no sense what he says. Just cause you emphasize a word doesnt make it mean more. If they had Fun KAty on there show then it would be so much better lol!!!

The only reason they had a good segment on NINE-O is because MJ is on really good terms with him and they talk a lot. He's also been on the show a couple of times. What you got out of that segment is what you'd have gotten if you sat down with one of Dockett's buddies and he told you his version of how it went down.

As for Leinart, they are really pushing the whole "It's Fitz's fault" angle. It's not even a good angle but it gets people to call in so they don't have to do as much work.

Bickley being compared to a homeless man's Rome is an insult to homeless people. He runs the show like TMZ. Between commercials, he talks for 3 minutes about what they've covered already, spends 30 seconds on new material, then talks for 3 minutes about what they're going to talk about later. Over the 4 hour show, you only get like 10 minutes of real information.
