Yes and no. He is a top five guy in the draft i think...meaning top five wr...not top five pick...lol.
But anyone thinking he is a top 15 pick is just being a homer.

No he's good but he's not a game changer he's a move the chains type guy.

I'd love him in round 2 if he's there but the guy I really want is Dalton Risner the OT from Kansas state

Jaelen Strong is a poor man's Harry.

Kinda what I implied in the OP. His first mocks are always interesting for that reason. There’s no way Jacobs is going top-5 but his game vs Oklahoma gave him some hype.
