Roberto Perez slid home with the winning run on David Murphy's bases-loaded sacrifice fly in the ninth inning, and the Cleveland Indians defeated the Tampa Bay Rays 1-0 on Sunday. Rays starter Alex Colome retired his first 16 batters, but Cody Anderson kept the game scoreless in his major league debut for the Indians.
