TORONTO (AP) — Carmelo Anthony capped his 28-point performance by nailing the tiebreaking basket with four seconds left to send the Portland Trail Blazers to just their second win in eight games, a 101-99 triumph over the Raptors. Damian Lillard had 20 for the Blazers, who had lost in their last four visits to Toronto and eight of their previous nine meetings with the Raptors overall. Hassan Whiteside added 14 points and 16 rebounds for Portland, which bounced back from Sunday's loss at Miami.
