Who do you hope the Cards select at #81

Seems to be a lot of depth still available on the Offensive line.

I'm hoping for RB Jamaal Charles, or go OT and get Anthony Collins, Roy Schuening or Roy Schuening.

hmmm....RB would be my guess, cause if Edge gets hurt then the combo of Shipp and Arrington isn't going to do it. I was hoping Rice would slip, but eh, whatever. If not RB either O-line depth or more help for the D, particularly if there's a sleeper D-lineman or Free Safety that's just sitting there.

Carl Nicks OT is another player I wouldn't mind us looking at in round 3.

Anyone have any clue as to why Connor has crashed and burned?? I would love to see us trade up and get him with the 1st pick tomorrow.

Is Q. Groves still on the board? If so I would defently draft him.

He's gone, sad to say.
I know...I just checked and the strange thing is he got drafted by Jacksonvill and they don't even run the 3-4 where groves would be best suited in! grrr...Honestly I was hoping we would of picked Groves with our 2nd round pick though

The top of my #51 to#81 board has:

Kevin Smith
Charles
Avril
Schuening
Rubin
DeCoud
Branch
Adibi
Zbikowski
Connor
Kehl

I had Rice after Charles, but he was grabbed. I also had Q Groves after Adibi but he was grabbed. Also off that board later on were Patrick Lee, Dexter Jackson and Beau Bell.

The odds of K Smith and Charles not being picked during the next 18 picks are pretty slim.

There's still some good talent left on the board for tomorrow.... Dan Connors, Pat Sims, Jamaal Charles, Reggie Smith, Anthony Collins, Cliff Avril, DaJuan Morgan, Kevin Smith, Justin King, Chris Ellis, Oniel Cousins etc. There is still some receivers too so we could get another great talent at 81.

Charles, Smith or Slaton in the 3rd. If we go beyond that w/o picking a RB, I like BenJarvus Green-Ellis from Mississippi, he's a very underrated runner. I wouldn't mind in the 7th taking a flier on either Taylor Mehlhaff or Jeremy Ito the PKs from Wis and Rutgers.

RB Ryan Torain is my firewall. If the Cardinals have not picked up a RB before he comes off the Board then I will feel bleak.

He's a good pick this late in the draft as well. I also wouldn't mind using a 6th on Dennis Dixon. A year or two on the practive sqd and he might be ready to compete for a job.

Connor

The NFL Network said it was a question of strength. When he makes a tackle, he and not the ball carrier goes backward. They did say he has good instincts and gets to the ball, just doesn't seem strong enough.
