I was following the Rockies-Padres box score. Glad they could pull it out in a very long game.
That's what most of us at the game were wondering. We were so into the game that we had no idea it was Gonzo's 2,500th. No recognition at all at Chase. I guess they mentioned it on TV and radio.
Congrats, Gonzo !!
WTG D-backs !! Great game !!
BTW: The "Anybody, Anytime." shirts are awesome. Given to everyone in attendance. The front says "Anybody, Anytime." on all of the shirts, but the backs all have different feats by different players printed on them. We each got Micah Owings shirts. We saw Byrnes, Valverde, Clark, Young, Drew, Webb, Hudson, and maybe a couple of others. Very nice to recognize the accomplishments of the players and put more into free shirts than people expected.
Rockies WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wourdBest case scenario. SD loses AND have to play 14 innings.
Wear 'em out, Rox!

That is the best part.Even better is that it was a game that Peavy started

Game was well out of reach.I didnt get to see the game because I was working, were the Dbacks up by a bunch at the time that Gonzo got the hit? I'd find it really annoying if the game was already well in hand, Gonzo got the hit, and they didn't mention it.
5-0 as CoJacks hits a sacrifice to bring in Byrnes, who stole 2nd & 3rd. By the way, I wonder how Gonzo is feeling seeing the Diamondbacks leading the division and playing in front of a full house?
