Wow I almost agree with that batting order except I would switch Ross down to the bottom.

Yea... Honestly, it just sucks that we have to play him at all... I like Cody - as a person. But man he is just terrible. Any other team would have him on the bench, if not down in the farm... :bang:

Time for you to do a reverse Chipolte! Stalk him until he goes into a Qdoba, then start talking to him.

I guess it doesn't pay to be cheap. I went to Fry's to buy water for my Mom's 87 birthday party tomorrow. (They had 24 packs for $1.88). We were ahead 2-0 when I went in and we were down 7-2 when I came out. WTF happened?

After McCarthy got the Sox out in order in the 1st-2nd-3rd innings, he gave up a grand slam and a lot of line drives in the 4th.

It was so obvious that he lost it, I called the grand slam moments before it was hit. 'Just something about the way they were hitting him and his absolute turn-around.

From there on out, the home fans were loud.

I'll just save myself the time and cut and paste this post from the Cubs, Brewers and now this series...

SO FRUSTRATING!

I keep trying with this team. I keep trying to think positive and just watch the games and root them on, but this freaking pitching staff is so freaking infuriating that I just cant do it. Everytime this team gets the slightest momentum and everytime it looks like we might be turning a corner these pitchers go out and give up 8-9 runs.

:bang::bang::bang:

Chase Anderson gets his first big league start against Noesi who has gotten off to a terrible start... Would be nice to see the kid grab his first big league W!

The White Sox outfielders have had one of the worst defensive series I think I have ever seen. That "triple" that Parra hit today was laughable. How is that not scored an as error?

That was pathetic and should of been called an error. I hope the bullpen can keep the lead because Anderson pitched extremely well and deserves a win.

What a solid introductory pitching performance by Chase Anderson.

Not just what he did, but how he did it. From his ritual chin-up on the dugout wall before heading to the mound each inning to his calmness on the mound, in command with his change-of-speed pitches. He looks like a keeper.

Ironic that he had been previously sent from AAA to AA, where I guess he received good training.

I hope the lack of experience of our Major League pitching coach doesn't cause him problems as the league begins to adjust to him. Seriously!

This will probably jinx us, but.... As horrendous of a start as we've had, we're actually only 6 behind the Dodgers in the Win column...
Ok, now we can go back to sucking it up... :)
