thoughts?
Forty-one years old, with a 5.16 ERA (more than one earned run for every two innings pitched) last season, before being shut down and having a procedure called ulnar-nerve decompression sounds like too many negatives.

Is it because he comes cheap?

With a nickname like that, maybe he'd be better off as a color commentator.

I view it as a low risk, high reward pickup BC. If healthy, Gordon is one of the best 8th inning specialists in baseball and immediately improves a bullpen that was shaky at times last year.
