I will be just an hour north of Jacksonville, FL for the spring and most of the summer, I hope to be able to catch as many Mobile games there as I can. I assume the double A team will still be fairly stacked for the D Backs so I look forward to it.

So who does everyone like lower on the list that may end up being a stud (i.e. a Paul Goldschmidt type).

My votes for Borchering. I have liked him since the drafted him and being a HS player means hell take longer to develop. But i think when he does he'll be a Corner OF/3B star.

Borchering has already been moved to left.

For me the guy I'm look at making a huge step forward is David Nick. He should move to Mobile this year and may be our 2nd baseman of the future. He had a good breakout year last year, his 3rd in pro ball, but I think this is the year he supplants himself as a legit prospect.

As for guys on this list the 3 who are lower on the list who could make the majors this year are AJ Pollock, Adam Eaton, and Ryan Wheeler. I think the best of that group will end up being Eaton though Pollock is closer to the majors.

I am going to be following Kevin Munson closely this season. He has been fairly average in his 2 years in the minors but the D-Backs challenged him and sent him to the fall league and he went nuts. He is a guy who will probably never be a closer but has the stuff to be a great set-up man. The other guy is Michael Perez. We really have no catchers of note in the minors and he is a guy who should stick at catcher and has a powerful bat. He was drafted last year so he is far away but always fun to find a guy who is in the low minors and follow his career to the majors.

Forgot to add Eury De La Rosa. He is an tiny guy (5'9" 165lbs) who doesn't throw all that hard but strikes people out and rarely walks a guy. He has pitched 179.2 innings in his career and has a 197/52 K/BB ratio. He is probably a few years away from the majors but if he has another big year he could blow up and be in the pen quick.
