So the tweet was suppose to be sent private not public? We all know that DD is an attention Horse- But this joke damages other people and relationships! Alabama - roll over this TIDE!

His jokes about Hood Girls -trump the classlessness- When he marries one and stops using many, just because he can- cause he has a CARDINAL on his chest- then maybe I'll shut up- maybe.

It is like he hid his character in the closet for awhile, and pulls it back out when nobody is there to spank him? I don't know I want to lighten up - but he has a history of cutting Cardinal fan's throats - prefers Niner fans probably for the same reason he likes Hood Girls!

She has to explain herself because DD can't control his impulses?

Apparently we had it all wrong. Katherine Webb is not Darnell Dockett's type. (US Presswire)

Dockett told a Phoenix area radio station on Thursday that Webb isn't his type. "I would have got her if I really wanted her, but I don't think she's my type," Dockett said via Deadspin. "I'm not into thinner girls and the modeling thing like that. I like hood chicks. I like girls with a couple stab wounds, bullet holes, been knocked up a few times. I like girls who you know have bad credit when they're 21."
Obviously, Dockett knows exactly what kind of girl he wants. So why did he make the Wing Stop offer to Webb then?
"I just wanted to take her out of her [element] and bring her to get some of these garlic wings and barbecue wings and see a few strippers and things like that," Dockett said. "So she can appreciate what she's doing. I'm just giving back to the community in the long run."
For the record, Webb called Dockett's Wing Stop invitation "disrespectful."

I think many who are offended by this are missing Dockett's sense of humor.

IMO he seems like a pretty funny guy who would be fun to hang out with. His tweets about hunting with his white friends and shooting a deer were also funny to me.

SMEL, I really think you are taking what he says seriously when I don't think that is how it is supposed to be intended.

but I say that crap at work and I'm getting harrasment charges- it was unwelcome and disrespectful by the young lady he made the proposition too- while her boyfriend was playing for an NCAA game. Then said he meant to send it private just like he didn't think showering on the internet would be wrong?

He is not a stand up comedian heckling the crowd that paid to see him, He is a thug- nFL Cardinal- showing all the kids how to treat a pretty girl in the stands when your rich and quotable- and how to treat a girl in the hood with multiple knife and bullet wounds and bad credit- You know victims of bird gangs.

If this is the worst that we have to worry about a guy then who cares.

Come talk to me if and when he ever gets a DUI, gets arrested, or stomps on a guys leg Suh style. Then we can all talk about how bad a guy DD is.

And Webb sure didn't mind this sort of attention while her agent was getting inundated with phone calls for her to get a bunch of high paying gigs. With quotes from her laughing about it right afterwards. Now all of a sudden two weeks later she has an issue with it and is playing the victim card, something smells fishy and it isn't the horrible wings at wing stop.

Well quit reading esquire and read their tweets. Like the one that AJ said the cards should get me and I'll help you out. Our girl will even wear 9-0 jersey. Oh ya he was mad as all get out. It is a compliment when someone comments on your girl IMO, but you probabbly won't get that from esquire.

A.J. McCarron and Katherine Webb sound way too sensitive. Darnell Dockett was joking, and I found it hilarious, and when Dockett described his "type", that was just amazing. People need to stop being curmudgeons when it comes to people who are more of a loose cannon type.

DD is the Dennis Rodman of the NFL-without being close to the best at anything? and is attached to our brand- I like personality and character- We trusted him with leadership- He speaks for the team on a national stage- By the way are not very good- and he is a big part of that too- As the highest paid player on defense- early contracts-

We have had some outrageous characters - But this intentionally created Drama during an Alabama NCAAC - Between the Star QB and his GF- an epic classless act- We are now known for bad QBing and worse character from our leader.
