Dear Fellow "horrified" Cardinal fans:

[Frustrated]

I have been a Cardinal fan since they first came to Arizona. Every year, I go through the exact same thing. I get myself psyched up for a "winning" season and it NEVER happens. Every year, the Cardinals have gotten worse and worse. Every year, I, like many others, "BELIEVE" that this will be "OUR" year and am disappointed every single time. I feel like I am in a "bad" relationship, where my companion keeps having affairs on me and I keep taking that person back........LIKE AN IDIOT! Eventually, you feel like a big enough fool and kick the person to the curb! That's what it feels like to be a Cardinal's fan............LIKE AN IDIOT! I am so sick of Denny Green and his incredible lack of enthusiasm and skills as a coach. He is pathetic! He stands on the sidelines like he could care less, while his team goes down the drain. I, like so many others, would love to experience what it is like to have a REAL football team with a coach and players who really care. I wouldn't even mind if they lost a game IF I felt like they gave it their "ALL." But they don't. They just walk around the field like zombies. Their clock management is a joke. They could be down 60 points with 5 minutes left to play, and they stroll over to the huddle like they have all the time in the world. This I blame on the coach and ESPECIALLY the owners. I would give anything if the Bidwells would have mercy on us and GIVE UP the ownership of the Cardinals. They obviously don't care about the Cardinals or the fans. We've given them chance after chance after chance to "make something happen," but nothing EVER does. I have spoken to several "FED UP" fans today that would absolutely LOVE it if someone organized a march......either in front of the Bidwill's home or in front of the stadium, BEGGING them to please let us out of our misery and SELL THE TEAM TO SOMEONE WHO GIVES A DAM ABOUT FOOTBALL, THE TEAM, THE STATE AND THE FANS!!!! Every single person I spoke with said that they would gladly take time out from their day to join in this march. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO COULD MAKE THIS HAPPEN???? Believe me, it would be farrrrrrrrrr more successful than our "poor excuse for a season" has ever been. Fans would come out in droves. I'm not being sarcastic. I'm TOTALLY serious. Is there any chance that this could be arranged????? Does anyone else out there feel the same way we do????? Thanks for letting me vent.

The first step is to know your enemy.

It's spelled BIDWILL.

The second step to realize that you could organize a march and it might make the news but if you owned a sports team do you really think that would do the trick?

I'd suggest picking another team.

am I reading correctly that we're not allowed to critisize management anymore on the board? Is that really what you're telling the board now Skkorp? I had a Bill Murray quote thread that slammed management and was seem harmless and it was locked within minutes. is there really a moratorium on truth-telling here?
