Dwyane Wade left Miami's game against Milwaukee Tuesday night in the third quarter with another hamstring injury, after Luol Deng and Chris Andersen were held out with injuries. It only added to a night of injury woes for Miami, which used its 18th starting lineup in 45 games because Deng has a calf injury and Andersen has elbow and back injuries. Danny Granger took Deng's spot in Miami's starting lineup and Hassan Whiteside took Andersen's place.
