The Associated Press reports the Tennessee Titans have released WR Derrick Mason.


I know WR is not a need so to say. But Mason was the go to guy for Mcnair.... I say bring him in for the right price.....

we won't do either b/c we've got two first rounders and boldin. but if we were to go one or the other it would have to be coles. he's got the speed we could use.

wow, gotta disagree with you there rugby. mason is a pretty wr, but also fairly pedestrian. coles has good hands, makes the acrobatic play, and has some speed.

According to Sirius NFL Radio, who was interviewing the radio broadcaster from the Redskins. Coles has refused to have surgery on his foot, the Redskins believe that he is being hampered by the injury, its taken his speed down considerably, and that is why he is being cut. They say without the surgery, he is no longer worth the money.
