In my opinion, any quarterback that has at best backup potential is not the guys we are after. Need to look for players that have starting potential and develop them. If you make a mistake, move on. Lindley does not have starter potential, so any time, money, or effort spent on him is a complete waste of resources at this point.
Many were skeptical of the Logan Thomas pick, so I hope that Keim and Arians are being honest in evaluating him and not going to spend 3 years worth of valuable QB training experience in deciding he needs to play tight end. You don't have to get every pick right, but you have to be able to honestly assess your players and not keep pouring resources into them trying to prove you are right.
