It's nice to see that Chike & The Practice Squad will be in attendance.

This list reads like a "Walter Mitchell's Greatest Hits" post. :D

While it would be a blast to be with a bunch of fellow Cards fans in a setting like this, I'd still rather watch at home (where the beer is free) or at nearby sports bar (where the beer is cheap).

Since I'm in NorCal, I'll be at home with my two Cards fan sons watching. And they don't understand the draft yet, so I'll just call them in when the Cards are up.

Very odd.

Their PR guy shoudl know that you don't use the postal abbreciations for states in a press release. You use the AP abbreviation: "Ariz."

(The dateline should always have the city where the news is originating, not where the event is taking place--in this case, Tempe).

Why? The press release came from the Cards headquarters, which is located in Tempe, not Glendale..

True. Most people don't know "ME" is Maine and "MS" is Mississippi.

Yeah, I know...and, it's what I said.

It's "odd" that they made the abbreviation mistake, (and then in parentheses, I explained to Linda why Tempe would be in the dateline instead of Glendale).

Gotcha--thanks. They need to move everything to Glendale to simplify things for me. :)
