Just got out. It was entertaining. Not great cinema and the end was anti climactic. But I enjoyed it for what it was.

this movie definitely got a bad rap simply because Night was involved in it. i thought it was a pretty decent story.

Thought the PREMISE was interesting. I thought the story was overwrought, heavy handed, and once again, terrible work from a writing standpoint.

HOWEVER, I think he did himself well in using a hitchcockian score, and while sounds in the dark style tension building has been done to death, he did a great job with this aspect of the film.

It certainly wasnt The Happening or The Village, thank god, but its still just a diversion. Pretty forgettable.

Actually, The Village is Citizen Kane compared to The Happening.

I'm not sure if the Happening was the worst movie I've ever see but it's definitely up there.

I liked this movie. I didn't see it in the theatre but it was on HBO over the weekend and I caught it. It was decent enough.
