The Padres lost 9-1 to the Reds and now the Diamondbacks are just one game behind the first-place Padres.

With two full months left, and the Padres playing the worst ball in the majors right now, the Dbacks could win the division playing .500 ball the rest of the way. They got rid of Cruz, Garagiola is gone, Lyon is coming back soon......
