I wouldnt be shocked if Chad Tracy will agree to a long-term deal as soon as next week...that's their next order of business....

Glad to have Webb locked-up though long-term.... I bet for whatever price it was.. it will be a bargain contract in the long-run.....

Webb with the Diamondbacks through 2009 with a club option for 2010. No money mentioned yet.

Diamondbacks agreed to terms with RHP Brandon Webb on a four-year contract with a club option for 2010.
The option would buy out his first year of free agency. No financial terms yet, but it's probably worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $20 million.
