For me to get the sports package (for the regional sports networks) here in NJ, it's something like $20 a month.

You may just wanna call DirecTV and ask them?

I'm pretty sure it is 10 dollars more to get the Foxsports Networks. In addition to Foxsports you get an array of outdoor, golf, and various other related channels, about 30 total. That package to me isn't worth it, as alot of the games are blacked out for some reason. I'm a baseball Cardinal fan and used to have this package but for some reason the games were blacked out for me, and I'm in Texas. Also alot of the Spurs games used to be blacked out even though I wasn't in the blackout area, don't think they have the basketball anymore though. Then on college football weekends alot of the channels would have the same games even though they were affiliates on completely opposite sides of the country. This may only have been on Saturday evenings as I worked Saturdays to 7. I'll never forget the time I was watching ASU and Washington a few years back, flipped through the sports channels and it was on like 8 or 10 of the Foxsports affiliates.

The Sunday Ticket I believe is 159 bucks and you can pay over 4 months so its not a huge hit on the wallet. Since I live in Texas I have gotten to see every Cardinal game over the last 3 yrs, I would highly recommend it to person outside the blackout area.

Yeah, the Sunday Ticket is the way to go! I kinda miss the Sunday afternoons at the local sports bar to see the Cards games, but it's nice to watch at home now. It's also nice to watch decent games at 1pm instead of the Giants or Jets every week!

The fox sports thing is abot 10$.I don't think it's worth it because all the games on those stations are blacked out and the rest of the progarmming you receive on your local Fox sports, which is free.If you like to get the local sports shows on teams then it may be worth it,but for the games it is not.

I hear ya bob its pats or giants every week. Seeing that i hate those teams it dosent really appeal to me. Does anyone know when the NFC west plays the AFC East? it would be great to see the cards play.

The Cards are in Foxboro in 2008. :(

Patriots are in Arizona in 2004.

Since your gonna be a new subsciber you will have to pay a higher price. The new NFL contract this year jacked it up to 179.00 bucks if you get the auto renewal and 199.00 if you don't. The four month pay deal keeps the bill easier to handle if you don't want to pay all at once.
