Art Briles is so radioactive, so unhireable, he may have to leave the country to get back into coaching football. The former Baylor coach, who hasn’t landed a job since he was fired from the Big 12 school amid a series of sexual assault scandals involving former and current players under his watch, reportedly is considering going to Florence, Italy, to get back into coaching. The Fort-Worth Star Telegram is reporting Briles is “very interested” in the Guelfi Firenze American football team. Since his firing in May 2016, Briles has come close to landing a few different jobs. He was set to join the Cowboys as a consultant, but the team backed out.
