2. I understand that Chad Williams has two catches for the season, but it seems that he's only been targeted two times. Is it time to look his way more?

You sound like you're mimicking the broadcast announcer. What I saw was, he was upset that he didn't get more YAC because he caught the ball and got taken down in a minor way and he had a lot of space in front of him.
