DLP televisions

I was at best buy over my lunch break today, checking out TV's. The DLP models seem to be half as much this year as they were last. Has this technology lost to the newer LCD models? Seems that you get a lot more screen for the buck with DLP. I was curious if it was because people are buying LCD over DLP.

Anyone know a good place to go read articles on this stuff?

I have a Mitsubishi 62" DLP and I love it. Decided on that one, after doing quite a bit of research at the above site.
