Do I have a virus??

Yesterday when I'd bring up my IE, it wouldn't take me to my homepage, but to some ad site. I would type in a URL and it would take me back to that ad site. Then all of a sudden it just stopped.

Well today, when I go to a page, it re-directs me to a different ad page, but I cant see the adpage, because it says "page cannot be viewed" but I can see the link up top and it says adview blah blah. Anyway, THEN after a few seconds it re-directs me back to the the page I had clicked on.

Can ANYONE help me?

I have zone alarm, mcafee, aol spyware thing, and cwshredder but none of helped. Anything else I could download?
