Vote based on what you think will happen this offseason.

There are no right or wrong answers.

I have NO IDEA, so I am voting based on opinion, and would not be surprised with whatever happens.

And again, to clarify, this is not what you WANT to happen, but what you THINK will happen.

I voted no. I think age and health has caught up to him, and it's time to have a serious chat between him and Keim about this being it. One more year of this holds us back longer and longer. It's time to blow it all up and let a new coach decide how he wants to reload this roster.

The only logical reason BA wouldn't return would involve something medical (& we're not privy to most of that info).

BA is too stubborn to do what is right and dump Amos and Goody. He will retire when told he has to retool his staff.

Arians i vote no he has been a awesome coach but feel mainly cause of his health he will resign.

But he might come back if Palmer returns and fitz but if he comes back please please f o draft a young quarterback if it has to be Allen so be it atleast we would have something new to watch when Palmer leaves.... really do not want gabbert as starter next yr lol...

I believe his return is contingent on keeping his staff and renewing their contracts. If they go, he goes. I’m pretty sure MB will not allow Amos Jones to be employed by the Cardinals again.

I dont think he will be back. Love the guy...Love his style of football...but we need some major changes and I dont think he is willing to commit for five more years while watching some of his coaching buddies kick rocks. At this point we need a coach who we know will be in place for the foreseeable future...it affects everything...how we draft, rather or not free agents want to come here,...which free agents we look at....
I think he will/or has sat down with Mike and Steve,...then he will sit down with momma over a beer,...and he is going to decide to start his fishing career.

I think he is retiring and that both Bidwill and Keim are aware of it. That is why they are already working on his replacement.

Remember how bright red his face was on the sidelines last year? Then we found out he had health issues. He looked better earlier this year. But last week? Bright red again for most of the game. That CAN'T be a good thing. And he appears to be putting on weight too.

Please, Bruce, retire for your health's sake.

I think there are four or five coaches on staff older than BA. Belichick, Carrol, Saban, all older than BA and still performing at a high level. Wade Phillips, Dick LeBeau, even Monte Kiffin all still active in their 70's.

There are just too many coaches working late into their years for BA to hang it up. Plus, these coaches are all extremely driven to succeed and rarely ever walk away. I think given their choice, they'd rather go on the sideline than at their beach home.

We shall see, but I think BA will want the opportunity to turn it around again.

Go Cards!!!

Yeah but three of those guys are coordinators, and the other guys appear to be in a little bit better shape.

We're all different. It's similar to saying Tom Brady is still playing at a high level so Carson should be able to play into his 40s. Most of these guys are anomalies.

He'll be back, just to torture us with bad football. Unless he's fired, he'll be back, too stubborn not to...

He will be back and his coaching staff under him will be a little different. I think the only one on the hot seat is Amos. They'd be dumb not to hire another St coach. He might not even be fired and just moved to a different position.

Well he is not under contract for next year, so they could just move on. The problem there is BA would still be as they call it "a lame duck coach". If we run with that who would want to accept a job not knowing if it is for more than a year? Probably couldn't get anybody worth their salt under those circumstances. So It's a catch 22 for sure.

Unless BA is willing to commit to a new contract he has to go. So I believe that hew will retire. The only way he could come back is if the cards basically hire their new head coach this year and carry the title of assist head coach for a year. I still don't see how that can get you some new coordinators though.

He will be be back with a new ST coordinator. Pagano could be added.

I think Palmer is the perfect stop gap if he takes a pay cut. Great mentor and will give a rookie the opportunity to play after he gets injured without drama.

I don't see fitz wanting to come back with a complete overhaul.

Well, he’s under contract through next season and will be on the verge of setting the record for head coaching victories for the franchise (unless the Cards sweep their final two games) so yeah, I see him returning and hoping to go out on a high note.

Yes he should handle his health problems, has had a paridigm shift about balanced game plan, hope Michael reins in Keim , and Keim reigns in BA professionally, not in the news but behind their views - if we go back to one dimensional, doesn’t matter, Cards collapse

Yep, catch-22.

I'd guess that if Arians returns, it won't be as a lame duck. He and all of his assistants will get at least a 1-year extension. (Just writing this makes me terrified that Amos could get extended as well. I wonder why his contract doesn't coincide with all the others?)

As well, if a new ST coach came in, he could be given a longer contract, which the team would eat if the whole staff were let go early. So a new ST coach might could have confidence in coming here, knowing that whether or not the rest of the staff is retained longer term, he'd be paid regardless.

We shall see!
