Jurecki just reported that Dockett/Rosenhous asked the Cards to trade him and the Cards flat out said no.
This is getting pathetic.
True.It has been pathetic for a while.
LMAO! Dockett has three years left on his contract. He has even less leverage than Boldin, which means he has zero leverage to force a trade.
It seems to me that Rosenhaus is having better luck making deals with the cashier at the espn cafeteria than actually doing his job of getting deals for his cleints.
Trade him to Detroit or Oakland.

Good idea let's trade Dockett and Boldin and Dansby to Detroit for their 0-16 season.
Seriously, I am concerned about what is going on with this team. I don't remember the exact comments from Antonio Smith, nothing bad per se about the Cards, but the tone indicated to me that something was not right with his relationship with the team. And it had nothing to do with talent. Now we have more guys who are unhappy in Arizona.
I sure hope its just posturing by their agents and not the Cards continuing their long history of having disgruntled or problem star players (under 30 years old).
If I were Graves, I'd call both Q and DD into the office and demand that they each take 30% pay cuts.
"So boys, how does it feel when someone makes asinine requests?"
Rosenhaus is seriously losing effectiveness it seems.
This team isn't just taking on the Steelers persona on the field, but now in the front office, too. For years Pittsburgh has done this with most of their own players...how many stud linebackers and dlinemen have they let go, only to rotate in a new player and never drop a beat...worked for the Plaxico situation, too. I'm convinced that the Cards know they are drafting talent and depth and will keep a small core of vets happy, while rotating in fresh talent every few years at other positions. Just my 2 cents.
