Dodgers acquire utility man Negron from Mariners

The Los Angeles Dodgers acquired infielder/outfielder Kristopher Negron from the Seattle Mariners late Sunday night in exchange for minor league infielder Daniel Castro. Negron, 33, appeared in nine games for the Mariners this year, batting .227 with one RBI in 22 at-bats. In 82 games with Triple-A Tacoma, he batted .310 with 12 homers and 61 RBIs.
