When Q gets tackled? Feel like the guy is invincible and when he gets tackled I have a second of disbelief.

Q is one guy on this team that makes me stand up any time he touches the ball. He punishes tacklers and although he is not a blazer, he sets up would be tacklers better than almost anybody in the league. He is never brought down with an arm tackle, unless its by a shoestring, and 90% of the time it takes more than one guy.
I look for him and Fitz to have a monster night vs the 49ers.

Yeah, he breaks so many tackles that when he goes down right away I have to do a double-take. Kind of like that busted play against the Chargers when he was lined up in the backfield and got tripped. Can't wait to see him bowl over a few cornerbacks in the regular season!

Yes. My 4 year old son answers questions about this. "Can one guy tackle Anquan?" "No way!" "Is he easy to tackle?" "No way!"

I think it was against Detroit when he broke 6 or 7 tackles to score the TD. At the stadium (SDS), they played the replay and we chanted loud each broken tackle...ONE!! TWO!!! THREEE!!! That is an awesome memory.

I believe that was Carolina. Devin Hester, Reggie Bush and Ladanian Tomlinson be damned, Anquan Boldin is the most exciting player in the NFL.

Yes, you are correct. Carolina. Damn if that wasn't spectacular. Q gets too little love from the national media. Dude is a warrior. He's a "grown-ass man."

At times Q reminds me of Chris Mullin, Mullin used to make these slow motion drives to the basket for shots and you just couldn't believe he was able to get there without being really quick or a good leaper.

Q is much more athletic than Mullin was but it's sort of the same thing, he's just so good at changing directions, changing speeds. Add in his ridiculous strength that allows him to break tackles and he's just incredible after the catch.

Anquan needs a high-top fade. ;)

I'm shocked that Q is so humble he doesn't just fly into the end zone because it would make his mortal teammates look bad.

I hesitate to say this but once he gets the ball, Q reminds some of Walter Payton and the way Walter basically set up and took on would be tacklers. Walter wasn't the biggest or fastest but his ability combined with sheer will made him great and I see alot of the same attributes in Q.

Good comparison.

When you look at Payton's running style you have to marvel at the fact that he never really got hurt.
